post number forty four - more dinosaur designs
Here are some new pieces I recently bought from Dinosaur Designs Extinct store. I really like the colour combination and the sterling silver spoons.

post number forty two - timber and yellow
In this post are Marimekko ‘Oiva’ bowls in deep yellow (love this colour) and timber ‘Kami’ drinking vessels by Masanori Oji and Takahashi from Mr Kitly. The little black dipping pebble and black spoon are by Dinosaur Designs. The timber spoons were a bargain from Daiso.

Here is a post of my collection of black, grey and charcoal vases, vessels and bowls by Holmegaard and Dinosaur Designs. The black and clear block vase on the far right is secondhand and I don’t know who its by.

post number nineteen - taupe, amber, orange and reds
Here is a collection of assorted glass, plastic, ceramics and wood objects. From left to right: secondhand egg-shaped bud vase, Panton miniature chair in yellow, a secondhand small Sven Palmqvist freehand handblown dish for Orrefors, two Dinosaur Designs glass bubble vases, French florist Christian Tortu’s amber low vase, vessels / sculptures by Melbourne artist Emma Davies made from polypropylene (yes fruit mesh bag packaging), secondhand Murano bottle in yellow, red Italian ceramic sugar bowl, iittala kivi tealights (behind) and a little wooden bowl.

post number sixteen - black things
I am quite a collector of all things black. Here we have the miniature Panton chair with the human-sized version, both made by Vitra. The AJ Lamp, was designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1960 and made by Louis Poulsen, is my favourite floor lamp. On the cardboard block table are a selection of Dinosaur Designs bowls and an iittala Aalto vase. The wall calendar was designed by Massimo Vignelli and is produced by Nava Design.

post number seven - dinosaur designs, muji and alexander girard
A new composition with mostly Dinosaur Designs (yes a one more post… I will give Dinosaur a short break after this post!), Alexander Girard Wooden Doll made by Vitra and some small domestic handpainted shapes (love the caravan and car especially) from a Muji cityscape set. The little round grey tinted glass bud vase is Holmegaard and the meerkat was purchased from a toy shop. The large swirly polished Dinosaur Designs vase is probably one of my favourite pieces - its pretty amazing in reality.

post number five - dinosaur designs collection
Here is a photo of my overall Dinosaur Designs collection to date. There are a few more pieces in my other home as well as maybe a few more lost in storage somewhere. More Dinosaur photos to follow in upcoming posts…

post number four - teaspoons
Here is a collection of mini spoons I currently own (minus the timber ones shown previously). The smallest spoon (the ceramic white one with the hole) shown is just under 80mm tall. Most of the spoons shown are Dinosaur Designs (personal faves are the coral textured bone shaped one and the mid green pipe shaped one), with an additional few by Alessi and of course the AJ espresso spoon by Georg Jensen. The drinking figure cutout is by Tim Fleming.
